JARS by Fabio Viviani, the new fast casual gourmet dessert concept from ‘Top Chef’ alumnus Fabio Viviani, is all set to open its doors in Laguna Niguel, CA on Friday, November 10th.
Fabio Viviani, a renowned celebrity chef, hospitality developer, restaurateur, best-selling cookbook author, and TV host, made the move from Florence, Italy to the United States in 2005 to expand his horizons in the hospitality industry. His journey includes an appearance on the reality television competition series ‘Top Chef’ in 2008, where he earned the title of “Fan Favorite,” and later competed on ‘Top Chef: All Stars’ on the Bravo network. This marks the first of five locations planned to open in Orange County, CA.
This family-friendly dessert experience, uniquely different from others, brings together classic flavor combinations with the most innovative and visually appealing presentations. Their menu boasts an array of indulgent treats, pies, and desserts from various culinary influences. Favorites like Red Velvet Cheesecake, Salted Caramel Pecan Pie, Tiramisu, and Double Dark Chocolate Cake have already won the hearts of patrons at JARS’ flagship location in Chicago, which opened earlier this year.
