Bugatti Eyewear Redefines Hyper-Luxury at SILMO Paris 2025

Bugatti is rewriting the rulebook on optical luxury. When SILMO Paris 2025 opens its doors, the French icon will present a next-generation eyewear collection that pushes design and craftsmanship into uncharted territory. The launch mirrors the debut of the Bugatti Tourbillon hypercar, an automotive sculpture of power and poise, and signals a shared obsession with technical excellence and sculptural beauty.

Before the global reveal, an intimate gathering at Luxury Living Paris set the tone. Guests moved through a curated dialogue of Bugatti Home Collection pieces and select eyewear prototypes—a setting that captured the brand’s Parisian savoir-faire and its drive to fuse heritage with modern velocity.

Guided by Sascha Koettig, CEO of eyewear partner OBI, Bugatti’s design studio has recast its eyewear identity from the ground up. The new silhouettes are all about sharp geometry, feather-light materials, and obsessive detailing. Each frame channels the kinetic drama of the Tourbillon hypercar, turning automotive aerodynamics into wearable architecture. The showstopper is the Tourbillon Limited Edition: a titanium frame created with cutting-edge 3D printing, echoing the hypercar’s sculpted rear. Only 100 pairs will be released worldwide, each housed in a carbon-fiber collector’s case with a patent-pending suspension-inspired holder.

Among the collection’s standouts, the Model 36 debuts Bugatti’s first rimless design, floating on the face with weightless elegance. The Model 100 reinterprets the navigator silhouette in carbon fiber and horn, accented with silver, white-gold, or 24-karat gold mesh and the signature EB spring hinge. Pushing luxury to an even higher register, the Precious Collection offers bespoke frames set with VVS1 diamonds and rare gemstones, finished with engraved metalwork and custom-cut lenses—true collector pieces for connoisseurs of rarity.

Bugatti has extended its collaboration with OBI through 2030, ensuring a future of sustained innovation. The eyewear line now stands as a parallel universe to the marque’s hypercars: avant-garde, meticulously engineered, and unafraid to break limits.
