These captivating pieces will captivate guests and art enthusiasts alike, adorning the space until September 30. Furthermore, the public art installations by these gifted artists will be presented as NFTs (non-fungible tokens), blending The Peninsula Manila’s artistic ethos with pioneering blockchain technology. This groundbreaking endeavor is a collaboration with Scarlet Box, a distinguished NFT art launchpad based in Asia.
Mano Gonzales’s creations engage with themes of politics, identity, and gender, skillfully navigating through the fabric of societal memory. This self-taught artist hailing from Manila employs a rich tapestry of influences, encompassing drawing, sculpture, and fashion styling, to craft a compelling body of work.
