The Peninsula Spa introduces new spa packages for guests, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles at The Peninsula Hong Kong.

These packages, called “Han Therapy,” help guests feel their best through ancient practices. They balance the body, mind, and spirit with the changing seasons. Right now, they’re offering two packages for spring.  TCM has been around for thousands of years, helping people stay healthy by balancing their energy. These treatments use elements like fire, water, wood, metal, and earth to keep people in harmony with nature.

At The Peninsula Spa, they’re celebrating spring with two Han Therapy packages: the Spring Cleanse and the Yang Energy Boost. These treatments start with a chat with a therapist, who helps guests choose the best oils for them. Then, there’s a quick acupressure session to reset the body.

The Spring Cleanse lasts 100 minutes and includes a muscle-relaxing Meridian Massage followed by a calming Scalp Massage.  The Yang Energy Boost lasts 120 minutes and includes a Meridian Gua Sha treatment and a rejuvenating Bojin Facial.  After each treatment, guests enjoy a cup of Lify Wellness tea and a tasty dessert from Spring Moon.

These spring treatments are available until May 4, 2024. After that, they’ll have new treatments based on the lunar calendar. Guests can also get special deals by buying multiple treatments at once.  In addition to these seasonal treatments, The Peninsula Spa offers a “Renewed and Celebrated” package for birthdays. It includes a massage, access to spa facilities, and time to relax in the Asian Tea Lounge.

This birthday package is available until December 31, 2024. To book a treatment, call The Peninsula Spa at +852 2696 6682.
