The central section, reminiscent of a cathedral with its towering height and teak flooring, exudes an enchanting Asian mystique. Grand carved doors in rich saffron and red hues lead guests into this space, where extraordinary anthracite grey columns and intricately carved wooden rafters create an atmosphere described as ‘crafted’ by Gathy, blending influences from Thai, Indonesian, and Burmese cultures.

In contrast, the ‘Hoshi’ seating area embodies sleek and contemporary elegance, featuring jet- flamed Absolute Black granite flooring from Zimbabwe, a tranquil water feature adorned with floating candles, glittering glass tiles from Italy, and ambient blue lighting. Hand-carved timber trunk columns by Bali artist Jojol and his team of carvers add a touch of artistry to this space. Across the restaurant lies ‘Earth’, offering a serene ambiance with its sunken coffee bar and tables overlooking the water. Illuminated by flickering candles in the evening, this area exudes a classical and French-inspired charm. Dominating the bar area is a striking wicker ball from Bali, nearly three meters in diameter, serving as both a captivating focal point and a testament to the restaurant’s unique character.

Fanditha

Here, amidst soft sands adorned with daybeds and plush cushions, guests are treated to unrivaled views of the spectacular sunsets. As twilight falls, the atmosphere takes on an aura of seaside sophistication, with vintage brass hurricane lamps, towering candles, and sparkling crystal chandeliers casting a warm glow.

Carved chairs, shisha pipes, and magnums of pink champagne complete the picture, creating an enchanting beachside retreat beneath the twinkling stars.

Botanica Restaurant

Nestled amid lush vegetation and the famed Orchid House, Botanica Restaurant offers a truly unique alfresco dining experience focused on a ‘Farm-to-fork’ ethos and exclusively plant-based cuisine. Designed to captivate the senses, Botanica immerses diners in a lush landscape of organic vegetables and fragrant herbs, providing a feast for both the eyes and the palate. As night descends, gentle lighting bathes the surrounding gardens, filling the air with the enticing aroma of fresh herbs. An open-air kitchen invites guests to observe the culinary magic in action, while beneath the majestic canopy of a Banyan tree, a romantic bar offers an impressive selection of over 34 gins from around the world, adding an extra layer of allure to this captivating culinary sanctuary.
