Golden Glow Cocktail – Hilton Saigon (Hilton)

At the newly opened Hilton Saigon, both The Me Linh Lounge and The Strand offer a special cocktail called the Golden Glow. It mixes Absolut Vodka with flavors inspired by Asian culture. This cocktail has a bright yellow color and uses ingredients from tropical regions, so it’s really unique to Vietnam. The passion fruit represents the hot summers in Saigon, while the elderflower brings in the feeling of nature. When mixed together, it creates a harmonious drink that makes you feel like you’re experiencing the art of mixing drinks.

At Capolinea, a restaurant in Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Congress Center, there’s a special martini cart that goes around to tables. It makes cocktails right in front of you, which is pretty cool to watch. They’re known for having really cold martinis because they use something called liquid nitrogen to make them super frosty.

One of their special drinks is called the Gabagool Martini. It’s like a fancy version of the classic “Dirty Martini,” but it’s inspired by Italian-American cured meats and has a strong flavor. They top it off with a stuffed olive that has sun-dried tomato and ricotta cheese inside, which gives it an Italian-American twist.

At The Hedgerow in Conrad London St. James, there’s a special cocktail bar created with the help of expert chef Sally Abé, who has a Michelin star. This bar gives you a taste of the countryside with its drinks. They use ingredients like British plants and fruits to make their cocktails, coffee, and other drinks really interesting. You can choose from a bunch of different drinks, all made with things like rosehip, ginger, and fresh fruit, so they taste really fresh and crisp.

One of their special drinks is called the Bramble Bee. It’s a twist on the classic Bramble cocktail. They put crystallized honey at the bottom of the glass. The honey changes naturally when it mixes with the fruit’s sugars, making something called lactic acid. This helps keep the drink fresh and tasty. The colors of the Bramble Bee cocktail are inspired by the bright colors of bumblebees, making it look as lively as it tastes.
