An architectural masterpiece in Big Sur is now on market, offered at $35 Million

Cooper Point, an epic architectural masterpiece built into the stunning landscape of Big Sur has entered the market for the first time, offered at $35,000,000. The three-bedroom home is located at 46400 Clear Ridge Road and is perched atop about 109-acres that overlooks multiple coves with white sand beaches.

Designed by the late world-renowned architect Mickey Muennig, the approximately 2,745 square-foot home and 536-square-feet caretaker cottage sit on over 100-acres, which includes a redwood forest and remarkable private coastal views. Standout features include a spacious kitchen, two fireplaces, a wine cellar, radiant heat, concrete floors, and a stainless-steel Jacuzzi. The vegetable garden and orchard are situated next to the guest house, which holds one bedroom and one bath.

This home was the final designed and completed residential masterpiece for Muennig, the legendary architect. He was known for his visionary architecture, organic buildings, and thoughtful design; for which Cooper Point is an exemplary display of his work.
