Dubai’s culinary scene is set to welcome a remarkable new addition: FZN by Björn Frantzén, opening November 8 at Atlantis, The Palm. Known for his award-winning restaurants—three-Michelin-starred Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore—Chef Björn Frantzén brings his celebrated culinary vision to Dubai with a unique fusion of modern European cuisine and Japanese influences. The new restaurant promises an immersive dining experience with a nine-course tasting menu crafted from the finest ingredients sourced globally.

Guests entering FZN will first enjoy a warm welcome in a stylish lounge for a curated selection of canapés before a guided tour of the elegant space. This leads into the main dining room, where an unforgettable culinary journey awaits, followed by drinks and indulgent petit fours. Guests can also choose to relax on the intimate 18-seat terrace, enjoying breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline.

FZN by Björn Frantzén is Chef Frantzén’s second venture in Dubai, following Studio Frantzén, a social dining and bar concept that opened on October 31. With a distinguished career, Chef Frantzén has redefined fine dining in Scandinavia and beyond. His original restaurant, Frantzén, not only holds three Michelin stars but is also ranked No. 35 in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. His debut in Asia with Zén earned similar accolades, establishing him as a true visionary in the culinary world. Currently, Frantzén is ranked No. 41 in The Best Chef top 100 list, with both Frantzén and Zén featured in La Liste’s Top 1000 Restaurants of 2024.
