Arizona is set to welcome a new $1 billion resort destination in 2024, offering luxury travel, hospitality, and entertainment experiences. The VAI Resort, spanning across 60 acres of the Arizona desert landscape in Glendale at the heart of Metro Phoenix, will be the largest hotel resort destination in the state. The VAI Global Development team, led by 27-year-old hospitality entrepreneur Grant Fisher, is behind the ambitious project.

Guests at the VAI Resort will be treated to an unforgettable experience, with hotel rooms that can transform into concert seats, offering incredible views of world-renowned artists and entertainers performing on the $40 million VAI stage in an unprecedented amphitheater and live entertainment venue. The resort will also feature an island escape, inspired by the most exotic beaches in the world, set at the center of the resort destination.

The VAI Resort will redefine the concept of a full-service resort hotel, offering more than 1,100 luxury rooms, suites, and villas across four distinct towers: Muse, Rhythm, Cadence, and VAI Villas. The accommodations will be curated by world-renowned artists and architects, allowing guests to select the perfect accommodations to match their aura.

The resort’s overall design will be inspired by the sounds and rhythms of music, with state-of-the-art entertainment venues and curated culinary concepts. The VAI Resort will also feature a first-of-its-kind, live music and concert venue, promising an experience that lives up to the spirit of the word “vai,” which is described as a behavior, a lifestyle, and a synonym for “awesome.”

The VAI Resort in Glendale, Arizona, will feature a state-of-the-art live music and concert venue that is set to become a hotspot for the biggest names in music and comedy. This multi-level, multi-functional venue will be located outdoors and will provide an opportunity for guests to enjoy performances under the stars. The venue will also have the ability to transform 160 guest rooms in the Muse Tower into the ultimate concert-viewing experience, with private balconies that provide the best seats in the house.

This unprecedented venue will offer fans an unforgettable live music experience, with multiple viewing options that are never more than 200 ft away from the stage. The venue is expected to attract over 8,000 fans, making it a unique and unforgettable entertainment experience for guests of the VAI Resort.

VAI Resort offers a 5-acre swimming oasis and year-round temperature-controlled white sand beaches, providing visitors with an idyllic location for relaxation and leisure. The resort’s highlight, Konos Island, is the largest man-made party island in the country, measuring 52,000 square feet. It features a restaurant, private cabanas, a DJ booth, and a 16-person aerial bar that sits 130 feet above the ground, offering panoramic views of the surroundings while sipping cocktails. In addition, VAI Resort boasts 12 upscale restaurants, 10 exclusive bars and lounges, a high-end retail shopping corridor, and the world’s first Mattel Adventure Park™. By combining these and more, VAI Resort aims to revolutionize the world of luxury hospitality by providing a unique and indulgent escape from the ordinary.
