Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is inviting guests and local residents to partake in the tradition of Easter brunch at Quattro restaurant and bar. The event, held on April 9th, 2023 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, boasts an array of live stations including seafood, carving, and Mimosa and cocktail stations.

An a la carte menu featuring dishes such as Citrus Confit Duck Leg and Classic Beef Wellington is also available. Pastry Chef Guillermo Soto Torres presents an elaborate dessert buffet, including Carrot Cake with Passion Fruit Ganache and Cream Cheese Mousse, Easter Bunny, Assorted Easter Bonbons, Caramelized Honey Cake and Chocolate Earl Grey Tea Crémeux. 

The brunch selections, curated by Executive Chef Daniel Garcia and his culinary team, aim to provide a memorable experience for friends and family. Children will also be able to participate in the traditional egg hunt, bringing joy to all. The cost is USD 190 per person and USD 280 per person with a beverage package including welcome cocktails and wine pairing, with children’s admission priced at USD 70.
