The overall design concept of the new HQ was inspired by the ‘inner workings of an engineering technical center or racing workshop’ using light and polished materials and finishes to give a high-tech ambiance.

Highlights of the facility include:
- A large open, office area with adjoining training rooms that capture the spirit and feel of an automotive design studio
- A supercar showroom and presentation area split into two areas, that can be combined or used separately, and feature a state-of-the-art 12-foot by 8-foot video screen, custom designed in Italy, that is motorized to rise and reveal vehicles in a dramatically lit alcove behind
- An MSO Brand Center where McLaren customers can individualize their new supercar in a myriad of ways, in consultation with designers and engineers in the brand’s Woking, UK headquarters to create unique specifications and finishes
- A state-of-the-art workshop area with aircraft grade lighting, featuring four vehicle lifts (with four more to be added in the new year), fast charge stations, tire mounting and balancing, training bays and dedicated classrooms, plus an infinity cove for vehicle photography
