Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas launches new family beach pool villas.  Setting the bar in spacious beachfront living and a welcome addition to the resort’s collection of multi-bedroom private pool residences introduced earlier this year, these new accommodation options consist of four Two Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villas and eight One Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villas.

Enveloped by lush landscaping and spread across 4435 square feet, families can uncover a truly serene retreat just steps from a pristine white beach. A 39 foot swimming pool runs alongside an extensive outdoor sun terrace. Fitted with massage jets and submerged seating, the pool sets the stage for leisurely days. Exchanging tales of wonderment over meals is made more comfortable with a shaded dining sala and outdoor barbecue pit complete with a sunken dining lounge.

The villa comprises of two separate bedrooms – one King and one Twin, both of which include a day bed, a fully-equipped refreshment centre and wine fridge, and an en suite bathroom.  Guests can enjoy the freedom of an outdoor shower or luxuriate in the oversized bathtub, while relaxing to the lulling sound of the bathroom’s waterfall feature.  An additional sleeping room suitable for one adult is located within the interconnecting space between both bedrooms, ensuring convenience for parents traveling with children or additional family members.  With nightly rates starting from USD $4,500, the Two Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villa can accommodate three adults and two children, or five adults.

One Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villa is a tranquil pool hideaway measuring 2777 square feet with direct access onto powdery sands and into ultramarine waters.  The villas feature separate sleeping quarters suitable for children under 12 years old.  The One Bedroom Family Beach Pool Villa can accommodate two adults and two children, with rates starting from USD $2,200 per night.

Anantara Kihavah Maldives also features the Kihavah collection.  The Kihavah Collection is comprises of two, three, and four-bedroom pool residence.  Each residence features Kajan thatched palm roofs and Balau hardwood flooring on its expansive outdoor decks. Rattan details and Maldivian motifs further accent the tropical vibe of each room. Floor-to-ceiling doors of the living and dining room effortlessly slide open for sweeping oceanic or lush jungle foliage views. Each residence is also fitted with its own professional working kitchen, double-bed spa treatment room and gym featuring a range of fitness equipment.

The Two Bedroom Beach Pool Residence and the Two Bedroom Sunset Over Water Pool Residence, both have a space of 14,316 square feet .  For those who opt for even bigger space, you can choose the Four Bedroom Beach Pool Residence, which has a 16,146 square feet of space.

At the resort, families can enjoy activities such as snorkel or dive at the reef in Maldives, glass-bottomed kayaking, and manta snorkeling excursion for kids.  Named after the beautiful seashells found on the sugar-white beach encircling the island, ‘Thiththi Boli Kids Club’ offers complimentary daily supervised programs, fun arts and crafts activities, indoor and outdoor sports, and games for younger guests between four to 12 years old.

For dining, there are six restaurants and bars, each offering a distinctive setting, menu and ambiance that divulges a different view of paradise.  As the sun sets, the night sky comes alive under a canopy of a thousand stars.
