First Look: Sam Mendes’ Four Film Beatles Project Set for April 2028

First look images have been revealed for The Beatles A Four Film Cinematic Event, an ambitious theatrical project set to arrive in cinemas in April 2028.

The films bring together four acclaimed actors to portray the members of the legendary band. Paul Mescal stars as Paul McCartney, Barry Keoghan takes on the role of Ringo Starr, Joseph Quinn portrays George Harrison, and Harris Dickinson appears as John Lennon.

Each film focuses on a different member of the band, telling his story from a personal point of view while collectively capturing the cultural impact and creative force that defined The Beatles. Individually, their journeys are distinct. Together, their legacy is unmatched.

The project is directed by Sam Mendes, who also produces alongside Pippa Harris, Julie Pastor, and Alexandra Derbyshire. The cast includes Harris Dickinson, Barry Keoghan, Paul Mescal, and Joseph Quinn.

The Beatles A Four Film Cinematic Event is scheduled for theatrical release in April 2028, inviting audiences to come together and experience the story of one of music’s most influential bands from a bold new cinematic perspective.
