Multi-GRAMMY-nominated DJ and producer Kaskade has officially announced the return of one of California’s most beloved beach festivals, Sun Soaked. Set for Saturday, September 6, 2025, the one-day event will make its long-awaited comeback to Huntington State Beach in partnership with Insomniac, promising fans a uniquely immersive coastal celebration.

Kaskade, born Ryan Raddon, has long established himself as a titan in electronic music. An eight-time GRAMMY nominee, including one as part of the duo Kx5 with fellow producer deadmau5, his influence stretches across both music and live entertainment.

In February 2024, Kaskade made history as the Super Bowl’s first-ever In-Game DJ, performing for an audience of more than 123.4 million, according to Nielsen Media Research. His momentum continued in March when he was named Best Male Artist of the Year at the iHeartRadio EDM Awards, with Kx5 also winning Best New Group. Just two months later, he became the first DJ to perform on the starting grid at a Formula 1 race, electrifying the Miami Grand Prix.

Throughout 2024, Kaskade further cemented his crossover appeal with sets at high-profile sporting events, including the X Games in Ventura, a post-game show for the Philadelphia Phillies in July, and a LIV Golf tournament. He also made surprise appearances at Coachella, joining acts like John Summit and Alison Wonderland.

After a seven-year hiatus from its original Southern California roots, Sun Soaked is back. Created and headlined by Kaskade, the festival blends his passion for dance music and love of the outdoors, transforming the beach into a vibrant sonic landscape where nature becomes the ultimate co-star.

This year’s lineup includes electrifying performances from Kaskade, Meduza, SKILAH, Sidepiece, Malaa, Anabel Englund, Walker & Royce, MPH, and more. Attendees can expect a sun-drenched day filled with sand, surf, and beats from some of the top names in dance music.

What began in 2017 as an intimate gathering of 12,000 fans quickly grew to over 30,000 by 2018, selling out in under 30 minutes. Now, Sun Soaked returns with its most exhilarating edition yet, setting the tone for a new California tradition that blends music, lifestyle, and culture.

Pre-sale opens Thursday, May 8 at 10:00 AM PST. General ticket sales begin Friday, May 9 at 10:00 AM PST at SunSoakedOfficial.com.
