Ghirardelli, the iconic California chocolatier and America’s longest continuously operating chocolate brand, is opening the doors to its first Santa Monica location on November 20. The Ghirardelli Chocolate & Ice Cream Shop will be located at 1541 Ocean Ave, Suite 105, right by the famous Santa Monica Pier. The shop offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and year-round sunshine with both indoor and outdoor seating.
Visitors can look forward to a delectable menu that includes:
- Over 13 sundae varieties, including the World-Famous Hot Fudge Sundae, made with handmade Milk Chocolate Hot Fudge, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, toasted almonds, a maraschino cherry, and a Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Caramel SQUARE—now available in a new mini size.
- A Pick & Mix station to customize take-home assortments from 20 flavors of Ghirardelli chocolate SQUARES, such as Milk Chocolate Caramel, Dark Chocolate Raspberry, and seasonal favorites like Peppermint Bark SQUARES.
- Classic fountain and bakery treats, including milkshakes, hot chocolate, coffee, brownies, cookies, and chocolate-covered strawberries.
The 3,900-square-foot shop marks Ghirardelli’s 13th California location and 18th store nationwide, further expanding its legacy of crafting premium chocolate experiences.
