Fogo de Chão is unveiling a range of new and seasonal menu offerings, now available at all of its U.S. locations. The highlight of the new menu is the Fresh Whole Branzino, a first-ever addition for the brand. This fresh catch will be delivered to U.S. locations nationwide and will be served Wednesday through Sunday for lunch, brunch, and dinner. The Whole Branzino can be added to any meal and is prepared by deboning and grilling over an open flame on the churrasco grill, creating a perfectly blistered, crispy skin with rich, savory flavors. The fish is then carved tableside and garnished with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.

Additional menu enhancements include new Bar Fogo small plates and a variety of fresh, seasonal soups and salads added to the Market Table, with options designed to accommodate various dietary preferences, such as pescatarian, keto, paleo, and gluten-free.

Fogo de Chão is introducing a range of exciting new menu items available throughout the day, featuring:

  • Whole Branzino: A mild, fresh white fish weighing about 2 pounds, grilled over an open flame churrasco-style until the skin is perfectly blistered. Served tableside with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, and parsley, this dish is ideal for four or more guests and is available from Wednesday to Sunday.
  • Roasted Bone Marrow: A rich and flavorful center-cut bone marrow, served with crispy toasts and a side of chimichurri.
  • Caviar Brioche: Delicate brioche toast topped with creamy egg salad, Tobiko black roe, and fresh parsley.
  • Roasted Apple & Butternut Squash Salad: A vibrant mix of roasted butternut squash and Fuji apples, finished with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of lime zest.
  • Seasonal Fall Hummus: A unique hummus blend featuring beets and tahini, accented with orange zest, pumpkin and sesame seeds, and fresh herbs.
  • Carrot Ginger Soup: A vegan-friendly blend of fresh carrots and ginger, combined with coconut milk and herbs for a comforting flavor.

Fogo de Chão offers a range of dining options to suit any occasion, with choices available throughout the day, including All-Day Happy Hour at Bar Fogo, Weekday Lunch, Dinner, and Weekend Brazilian Brunch. Guests are invited to enjoy the signature Full Churrasco Experience, a prix fixe menu featuring an endless array of premium cuts, expertly prepared by gaucho chefs, including the house favorite, Picanha, the finest portion of the top sirloin. For an elevated experience, guests can opt for additional selections such as the Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ribeye or Wagyu NY Strip, along with a variety of seafood dishes, handcrafted cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and a fine assortment of South American wines.
