Gastronomic delights await at Marina Bay Sands’ restaurants throughout October and beyond, as they showcase iconic delicacies and seasonal treasures with a series of limited-time menus. Guests can embark on this culinary journey starting with the September edition of ‘Shades of Spago,’ featuring a one-night collaborative menu with Olivia Restaurant & Lounge on September 30. Following that, diners can explore the offerings at WAKUDA Restaurant & Bar, which now includes a selection of exquisite light bites, desserts, and cocktails.

The excitement continues into October, with Bread Street Kitchen & Bar celebrating Worldwide Wellington Month, db Bistro & Oyster Bar offering an Alsatian-themed Oktoberfest menu, and Yardbird Southern Table & Bar delighting diners with four weekly Fried Chicken Month specials. KOMA tempts taste buds with robata grilled abalone, and Mott 32 presents a hairy crab harvest. To conclude the month, LAVO hosts a Halloween edition of its iconic Sunday Champagne Brunch.

In October, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar in Singapore introduces a special menu for Worldwide Wellington Month. Diners can savor dishes like black cod wellington and the classic beef wellington. To end the meal on a sweet note, there’s sticky toffee pudding and a whole chocolate wellington option.

At db Bistro & Oyster Bar from October 1 to 31, guests can enjoy an Alsatian-themed Oktoberfest menu. Start with Alsatian tarte flambée, followed by choucroute garnie, and finish with a Pear Tart de Fine.

From September 29 to October 1, KOMA Singapore celebrates International Sake Day with a pairing of Japanese sake and miso marinated cheese trio. The sake selection includes Cho Kara Junmai Daiginjo, paired with cheeses like camembert, gorgonzola, and cream cheese.

Throughout October, KOMA offers a seasonal special of robata grilled abalone. Pair it with the cocktail of the month, Silk Kyoho. On October 29, LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar hosts a Halloween-themed Sunday Champagne Brunch with a range of delectable treats.

On October 31, LAVO offers two mysterious concoctions: Death Love Potion and The Poisoned Berry. Also, indulge in their Halloween edition 20-layer cake.

LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar extends its nightly operating hours for late-night parties, offering a variety of cocktails, house wines, and lagers, along with high-energy DJ sets on Fridays and Saturdays.

Mott 32 presents a special seasonal menu featuring steamed hairy crab from October 2 to December 3. The menu includes dishes like baked cauliflower, stuffed eggplant, sweet and sour tiger garoupa, and seafood fried rice in a bamboo basket.

During the September edition of ‘Shades of Spago,’ Spago Bar & Lounge collaborates with Olivia Restaurant & Lounge for a one-night-only menu on September 30. The menu includes Iberico ham croquettes, black rice with carabineros, tenderloin steak tartar, and unique cocktails.

WAKUDA Restaurant & Bar introduces new items on its dinner menu, including temaki, maki, and desserts. Highlights include angel prawn tempura, WAKUDA temaki, una tama maki, and Japanese A5 wagyu maki. Desserts include caramel banana cheesecake, shine muscat & Kyoho grapes, and a remake of the signature dessert, The “Stone.”

Yardbird Southern Table & Bar presents its annual Fried Chicken Month throughout October, featuring different fried chicken variations each week.
