Among the standout events was an exclusive evening crafted by the collaborative genius of chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina, and Julian Serrano, underscoring their joint dedication to the resort’s 25 years of success.

The extraordinary epicurean weekend experience, priced at $10,000 per guest, comprises the following:

On Friday, October 13, starting at 6:30 p.m., guests were treated to a Pappy Van Winkle Tasting at The Vault. Pappy Van Winkle, renowned as one of the world’s most coveted bourbon whiskies due to its limited availability, was the centerpiece of this exclusive event. The evening, hosted by Preston Van Winkle, a fourth-generation member of the Van Winkle family, took place at The Vault, Bellagio’s newly unveiled, exclusive cocktail lounge. The venue, crafted by the creative minds at Studio Munge, provided an intimate and enchanting backdrop for guests to indulge in a private tasting of rare and exceptional selections from the prestigious brand. To complement the experience, Bellagio’s culinary artisans prepared specialty canapes.

On Saturday, October 14, beginning at 6 p.m., the Celebrated Chef Anniversary Dinner unfolded at the renowned Picasso restaurant within the resort. This extraordinary evening, a tribute to the resort’s anniversary, commenced with vintage champagne and canapes at 6 p.m., followed by a sumptuous four-course dinner featuring exquisite wine pairings. As a consistent recipient of AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star ratings, Le Cirque’s dining room, conceived by Adam D. Tihany, radiates an air of festivity, ensuring a splendid dining affair. Picasso: Chef Serrano curates a five-course anniversary menu at his iconic AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star establishment, Picasso. Known for its romantic appearance in the film “Ocean’s 11” in 2001 and adorned with rare masterworks, Picasso offers a visually enchanting backdrop whether patrons choose to dine indoors or on the patio, with the Bellagio Fountains as a stunning accompaniment. Michael Mina Bellagio: Chef Mina presents a special anniversary menu showcasing restaurant classics at his eponymous Michael Mina Bellagio. Petrossian Bar: Bellagio’s refined bar and lounge, Petrossian Bar, offers live piano music, views of Dale Chihuly’s “Fiori di Como” blown glass installation in the bustling lobby, and a distinctive menu tailored to guests’ preferences. During the resort’s anniversary month, caviar and captivating spirit pairings take center stage, with a variety of special options for guests to choose from.
