Situated on the shores of the Bosphorus, the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus offers an array of innovations to create memorable experiences for its guests. The hotel’s terrace provides a picturesque view of the Istanbul Strait, where a delightful combination of Jo Malone London’s five signature scents and imaginative flavors is incorporated into their afternoon tea menu.

Grace Brands Patisserie introduces this extraordinary afternoon tea experience to Turkey for the first time. The menu showcases an enchanting fusion of Jo Malone London’s exquisite fragrances and complementary flavors. The tea gatherings are graced with delectable treats inspired by the notes of Lime Basil & Mandarin, English Pear & Freesia, Peony Blush & Suede, Wood Sage & Sea Salt, and Myrrh & Tonka.

Under the expert guidance of the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef, Yalçın Köse, and Executive Chef, Görkem Özkan, guests are presented with a creative tea menu. Indulgent offerings include citrus and sage tart, mastic flavor crème brûlée with “tonka” chocolate, dried rose meringue with passion cream, caramelized red apple and jasmine ganache with a “chocolate box,” and lime and mandarin “cremeux.” Additionally, the menu features delectable specialty sandwiches.

To enhance the experience, the tea service utilizes plates from the renowned porcelain brand, Pip Studio’s Blushing Birds collection, which is part of the Grace Brands family. These vibrant plates are inspired by the wonders of nature.

Guests can enjoy this exceptional tea time from 3:00 to 6:00 pm daily until July 31, 2023.
