Available every Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, this special afternoon tea set is a collaboration between Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and Pastry Chef Reiko Yokota of Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto.

At SGD 58 per person, you can enjoy a balance of sweets and savories, including delicious treats such as Yuzu White Chocolate Bon Bons, Sakura Mousse Cubes, Matcha Sakura Pain de Gênes, Prawn Chawanmushi, and Smoked Salmon Wasabi Sandwiches. And of course, no afternoon tea is complete without scones, so be sure to savor Four Seasons’ signature Vanilla and Sakura Scones.

But that’s not all – to make your afternoon tea experience extra special, Four Seasons has also created three special cocktails just for the occasion. Try the Melon Soda, a nod to the popular melon cream soda drink of the 1980s, the Haru Sour, a refreshing mix of Helios rum, Sake Central yuzushu, raspberry, lemon, grapefruit and egg white, or the Gyakko Suru, a beautiful and spirit-forward cocktail served in a teapot for a delightful twist on the traditional afternoon tea.

If you’re looking for a romantic and indulgent way to celebrate Valentine’s Day, look no further than Nobu Singapore. On February 14, 2023, from 6:00 to 10:30 pm, treat your special someone to a six-course omakase feast, curated by Nobu’s Executive Chef Hideki Maeda.

The menu will feature the freshest and finest ingredients of the season and promises to be a truly exquisite meal that will tantalize your taste buds. Highlights include Chef Maeda’s Grilled Freshwater Jumbo Shrimp with Chili Shiso and Ginger Salsa, as well as a special “Love Mailbox” dessert crafted by Nobu’s Pastry Chef using chocolate Earl Grey mousse, caramel cream, and raspberry sorbet.

To make the occasion even more special, raise a glass with two specially-themed craft cocktails: the Daini-botan or the Mexican Romance. The name “Daini-botan” is a tribute to the endearing Japanese tradition of giving a keepsake to someone special, meaning “the second button” of a men’s shirt, closest to the heart. These cocktails are available à la carte at SGD 26 per drink.

This Valentine’s Day season, treat your special someone or a group of friends to a delightful lunch at Nobu Singapore. From February 2023, the restaurant is offering a Bento Box option that’s perfect for those who want to enjoy their favorite Nobu creations in the comfort of a leisurely lunch.

For the month of February only, diners can enjoy the Bento Box for SGD 60 per person. The usual price after the month of February is SGD 90 per person. The Bento Box is available from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm.

Indulge in a mouth-watering platter of the restaurant’s signatures, curated by Chef Hideki Maeda. Diners can expect a delicious selection of dishes that promises to tantalize the taste buds and leave everyone satisfied.

This Valentine’s Day, treat your special someone to a delicious semi-buffet dinner at One-Ninety Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. From 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm on February 14th, enjoy a night filled with variety and delicious flavors.

With a price of SGD 296 per couple, including two welcome drinks, you can indulge in an array of mouth-watering dishes. The semi-buffet dinner offers an extensive spread of fresh, natural flavors with Asian twists, curated by One-Ninety Chef de Cuisine Pierre Barusta. Enjoy Chef’s specials, desserts, cheeses, and a decadent market-fresh selection of seafood including Scallops, Tiger Prawns, Poached Maine Lobsters, Alaskan King Crab, Bamboo Clams, and more.

For entrées, you have the option to choose from the Japanese Halibut topped with Black Caviar, US Prime Beef Tenderloin Rossini-style served with Duck Foie Gras and Black Truffle, or Saffron “Acquerello” Risotto. And to make the night even more special, diners have the option to add unlimited Taittinger Brut Réserve NV and selected wines with a supplemental charge of SGD 80 per person.
