Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur celebrates the true spirit of Holy Month with Sajian Merentasi Zaman (Food Across Generations).  Curated by Malaysia’s Chef Dato’ Fazley Yaakob, this familial feast will be hosted in Curate from April 13 to May 12, 2021.

Featuring beloved recipes from Chef Dato’ Fazley’s childhood, Sajian Merentasi Zaman brims with authentic local flavors. The menu introduces young guests to Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage, and recreates long-forgotten dishes to delight parents and grandparents.

Specialties from the menu including nasi tumpang ayam bakar pasu (flavored herb rice with charcoal chicken cooked in claypot), puyuh salai and kulit mangga muda bakar (smoked quail with grilled unripe mangoes) and ikan sepat masin masak lemak cili api dengan buah cermai dan pucuk pegaga (fermented freshwater fish in turmeric cream with cermai fruits and pegaga).

  • April 13 to 18 and May 7 to 12: MYR 189 per adult and MYR 94.50 per child (ages 6-12)
  • April 19 to May 6: MYR 228 per adult and MYR 109 per child (ages 6-12)
