Families in southern California can forgo the hassle of tire chains and head to the coastline to experience the holiday season. CBF Productions is bringing a winter wonderland to the beachside communities of Ventura and Del Mar with the Snow N Glow Holiday Festival! 

The ultimate California Christmas holiday festival begins Friday, November 26th in Ventura (December 4th in Del Mar). Visitors can enjoy over one million-plus holiday twinkling lights on display to see, stroll, and explore along with freshly-made SNOW that’s created daily (Friday – Sunday); by using over 50 tons of ice!  Build a snowman, make a snow angel or snow tube down our 20-foot snow slide. Guests can also make memories and celebrate the holidays while sipping hot chocolate and roasting s’mores fireside in a private igloo.

For the Snow N Glow’s Del Mar location, Holidays in Your Car returns with over 1.5 miles of one million dazzling LED lights, including spectacular installations of high-end projections casting festive images onto sets, arches, and surfaces to create an unforgettable experience accompanied by your favorite holiday tunes from the comfort of guests’ cars.

Additional information from the Snow N Glow Holiday Festival:

  • There are two different locations one at the Ventura fairgrounds and another Del Mar fairgrounds
  • It takes around 50 tons of Ice to make enough snow for the day
  • Igloos come with Private patios and fire pits and can fit up to 8 of your closest friends
  • Private igloo reservations start at $199 and come with 6 tickets for the Holiday Lights Display walkthrough
  • Holiday Lights Display features over 1 million lights
  • Snow tubing will be available among other snow-related activities 
  • There will be a snow play area and other Christmas surprises 
  • Children under 2 get in free. tickets ranging from $13 to $38
  • Ventura begins November 26th and ends January 2nd from Friday- Sunday 4pm-10pm Last entry allowed at 9pm
  • Del Mar location begins December 4th and ends January 2nd Friday-Sunday 4pm-10pm last entry allowed at 9pm
  • Del Mar location will feature a Holiday in Your Cars walkthrough tickets are $45 and each ticket counts for one car

What can I expect from Snow N Glow 2021?

1 Million plus holiday twinkling lights on display to see, stroll, and explore. Fresh made SNOW daily (Friday – Sunday)! Build a snowman, toss a snowball, or snow tube down our 20 foot snow slide! Make memories and celebrate the holidays while sipping hot chocolate and roasting s’mores fireside. 

Do I need to wear a mask? 

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience for everyone.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, however, you will be allowed to enter at any time on the day you purchased.  Exceptions are Igloo Rentals, you must arrive in your timeframe. 

How long does the experience last?

The experience will take around 90 to 120 minutes, but you are free to stay as long as you like.

The event will take place at Ventura County Fairgrounds and Del Mar Fairgrounds. These locations are located next to the ocean. Please dress in layers as the seaside air does get chilly in the evenings.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, holiday treats and food will be available for purchase

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted

Are service dogs allowed? 

Yes.

Is there an age requirement? 

No! This is an all ages event

Is the venue ADA compliant?

The venue is ADA compliant. Please note the snow tubing is not ADA accessible.

Is there parking available?

Yes, paid parking is available on site.

What if the weather is bad?

This is a rain or shine event.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

  • NO Flash photography
  • NO outside food or beverages allowed (except for sealed/unopened water bottles)
  • NO camel packs
  • NO backpacks
  • NO drugs & drug paraphernalia
  • NO coolers allowed
  • NO knives/weapons
  • All bags will be checked by security.
  • NO Colors or Badges
  • NO Footballs, Baseballs, Frisbees or Playing Catch inside event

No, we recommend you purchase your tickets online.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Both digital and paper tickets will be accepted.
