David Morris opens a new franchise boutique in Doha, Qatar at the Katara Mall. The boutique’s bespoke interior effortlessly blends classical Greco-Roman and traditional Islamic influences, with every detail as thoughtfully considered and meticulously crafted as David Morris’s renowned jewelry designs.
Drawing inspiration from Arabic architecture, the boutique’s series of private rooms are arranged around a central octagonal ‘courtyard’ with a domed ceiling, its symmetry enhanced by a stunning monochrome floor set with glossy Onyx Bianco and Grigoria Luna marble mosaic, in an intricate pattern inspired by the ancient technique of marquetry. Illuminating the courtyard setting is a spectacular chandelier designed specifically for the boutique.
The new boutique is operated by ALI BIN ALI, and continues David Morris’s expansion across the Middle East, where it joins existing David Morris boutiques and points of sale in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Kuwait City and Muscat.
