Hotel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes, one of the most storied addresses along the Croisette, has announced the arrival of a Beefbar outpost set to open in June 2026. The globally celebrated concept, which has made its mark on some of the world’s most coveted destinations, will bring its signature chic street food energy to this legendary Riviera landmark, anchored by exceptional cuts of meat and impeccably sourced seafood.

Where Culinary Excellence Meets the World of Beefbar

Founded in Monaco two decades ago, Beefbar has cemented its status as an international dining institution, built around a reverence for the world’s finest cuts of meat and a cuisine that is at once contemporary and deeply generous. At the Majestic Cannes, the menu will put Tajima A5 Wagyu front and center, seared at high heat to coax out its fullest, most concentrated flavor.

True to the spirit of the Riviera and its celebrated bounty from the sea, the menu will also champion local catches: grilled fish, vibrant Mediterranean inspired dishes and fresh sharing platters designed to be savored in the sunshine. It is an offering as relaxed and lively as the coastline itself.

At the helm of the kitchen, Executive Chef Jean François Barberis will bring his deep commitment to hospitality and quality ingredients to the Beefbar, weaving together creativity, modernity and a sincere respect for local flavors.

Inside, guests will find a sophisticated setting conceived as a contemporary showcase bathed in the luminous light of the French Riviera. Overlooking the hotel’s swimming pool, the Beefbar terrace is poised to become the summer hotspot of the season, where sunlight filters through parasols and afternoons dissolve into long, convivial meals. DJ sets will soundtrack evenings throughout the summer, striking a balance between festive energy and culinary precision.

A Global Name with Deep Roots

Beefbar was founded in Monaco in 2005 by Riccardo Giraudi, a leading figure in the importation of premium meats to Europe. The brand now counts more than 40 locations worldwide, from Paris and London to Hong Kong, Dubai and São Paulo. Its international street food menu, which deliberately breaks with the conventions of traditional fine dining, features meats sourced with exacting care from Japan, the United States and Australia. Cordon bleu arrives finished with truffle, bao buns are perfumed with jasmine tea, and every cut of meat comes dressed in the house’s signature Beefbar sauce. Bold flavors and generous portions define an experience built to satisfy every palate.

With this new collaboration, Hotel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes solidifies its place as the destination of choice on the Croisette for guests seeking the very best of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
