Calling all culinary jetsetters. This July, Marina Bay Sands transforms into a playground for gourmands with a month-long celebration of global cuisine. Its world-class restaurants are serving up exclusive creations and seasonal specials that span continents, cultures and cooking styles. Here’s a taste of what’s cooking.

Black Tap

New York’s burger and shake sensation is bringing the heat this summer with a flame-grilled Texan Burger, featuring a hefty prime beef patty layered with bacon, smoky BBQ sauce, aged cheddar and crispy onion rings. For something sweet, the Churro Choco Taco CrazyShake® is a maximalist masterpiece topped with a cinnamon toast crunch–rimmed glass, vanilla-frosted churro, choco taco, whipped cream and dulce de leche drizzle. Over-the-top in the best way possible.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck

The Michelin-starred steakhouse is spotlighting seasonal Australian black winter truffles this month. Diners can add them to signature dishes such as the creamy Tagliatelle Pasta, perfectly grilled Steak Frites, or the showstopping Kagoshima Wagyu Beef Striploin. For dessert, the Dark Chocolate Soufflé with a touch of truffle ice cream offers a rich, earthy finish to a decadent meal.

KOMA

KOMA’s modern Japanese dining experience is going green—literally—with a Green Tea Tiramisu that blends creamy mascarpone with matcha sponge and green tea cream. This vibrant twist on a classic Italian dessert pairs beautifully with the venue’s dramatic ambience and immersive Kyoto-style interiors.

Maison Boulud

A limited-time summer menu is turning heads with fresh, French sophistication. Think chilled Corn Soup with citrus-marinated prawns and chive oil, followed by an indulgent Atlantic Lobster Thermidor served with mustard sabayon, spinach and mushrooms. Finish strong with a refreshing White Peach Melba paired with yogurt ice cream and raspberry coulis. Each dish is available à la carte or as part of a three- or four-course prix fixe menu.

Miracle Coffee

Pop icon JJ Lin’s café concept is celebrating the season with the Pineapple Shaken Espresso, an exclusive July-only cold brew creation featuring pineapple puree, brown sugar, espresso and ice. It’s the perfect tropical pick-me-up for sunny afternoons by the bay.

This stylish buffet spot is spotlighting Singapore’s rich culinary heritage with rotating specials that honour different ethnic cuisines. Highlights include Wok-Fried King Prawns with Kam Heong Sauce on Mondays, Claypot Assam Fish on Tuesdays, and Deep-Fried Seabass with Sambal Petai Sauce on Wednesdays. Thursdays bring the spice with Chilli Crab with Mantou, and Fridays feature a luscious Lobster in Pumpkin Sauce. Weekend brunch gets a luxe upgrade with Roast Australian Wagyu Beef Rump and Lobster Thermidor served from a carving station.

Wakuda

Chef Tetsuya Wakuda’s namesake restaurant brings out a menu of precision and finesse this July. Think King Prawn Tempura, beautifully crisp and paired with spicy mayonnaise, or the savoury depth of Saikyo Yaki Corn-Fed Chicken, marinated in sweet white miso and grilled to perfection. For dessert, a lush Strawberry Shortcake topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit adds a refreshing finish.

Yardbird Southern Table & Bar

This Southern charmer brings all-American flavours with its Summer Peach Cobbler, loaded with cinnamon, nutmeg and juicy peaches, then baked with a golden biscuit crust and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pair it with the Peach Mule, a summer-ready cocktail that blends peach nectar, ginger beer and lemon juice for a sweet and zesty finish.

Marquee Singapore

The party continues after dinner. Marquee is hosting nightlife events and themed parties all month long, complete with vibrant drinks and elevated bar bites. Think sushi platters, truffle fries, sliders and cocktails curated to keep you dancing into the night. From fine French fare to Southern sweets and modern Japanese masterpieces, Marina Bay Sands is going full flavour this July. Whether you’re after a chef’s tasting menu or a casual bite with global flair, this is one dining destination worth booking ahead for.
