To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, Hakkasan Dubai is rolling out a special dining experience crafted by Executive Chef Andy Toh. From Tuesday, September 10th to Tuesday, September 17th, guests are invited to enjoy an eight-course menu designed to capture the essence of Chinese culinary traditions. Priced at AED 598 per person, this unique offering concludes with a delightful mooncake dessert, also available à la carte for those who wish to sample this festive treat on its own.

The menu kicks off with a duo of dim sum — roasted duck with wild mushrooms and seafood xiao long bao with a hint of Sichuan chili — followed by a refreshing lotus root and mizuna salad. Diners will then be treated to a selection of exquisite main dishes, including osmanthus-glazed wild corvina, grilled Silver Hill duck breast, and wok-seared ribeye beef. Accompaniments such as sautéed pak choi and truffle fried rice with crab meat, Jerusalem artichoke, and preserved Chinese mustard add depth to the meal. The experience concludes with a signature mooncake featuring flavors like Sichuan and raspberry, kumquat and ginger, along with a pandan and mango dessert, complete with pandan panna cotta, fresh mango, rice, and pandan tuilles.

Hakkasan Dubai’s Mooncake Festive Menu:
