Saks Fifth Avenue is set to broaden its luxury personal shopping and styling service, The Fifth Avenue Club, reaching a total of 20 standalone locations by the end of 2024. Buoyed by enthusiastic customer feedback from existing sites, this expansion comes a year after the debut of its exclusive Fifth Avenue Club suites in various hotels and resorts across the U.S. The newest addition opened this week in Austin, TX, with more locations slated to launch over the summer in Fort Worth, TX, St. Petersburg, FL, and Rancho Santa Fe, CA. These will join recent openings in Savannah, GA, Denver, CO, and Minneapolis, MN.
Saks Fifth Avenue has strategically used customer insights to pinpoint markets ripe for the Fifth Avenue Club’s growth. The service is seeing strong client engagement, particularly in the women’s ready-to-wear category, which remains the most popular among visitors.
This wave of openings also strengthens Saks Fifth Avenue’s ongoing collaboration with luxury resort giant Marriott International, whose brands The Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts host nearly half of these locations. Auberge Resorts Collection is instrumental in the Fifth Avenue Club’s Texas expansion, with new sites in Austin and Fort Worth. Additionally, the upcoming launch at Rancho Valencia in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, will mark the first Fifth Avenue Club within a Relais & Chateaux property.
