Four Seasons Resort Orlando Unveils 2023 Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea

In a recent announcement, the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has revealed its plans to host an afternoon tea and introduce several other luxurious offerings.

The Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea, a festive celebration, is scheduled to take place at The Lobby Bar every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from December 1 to 24, 2023. Seating options are available at 2:00 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:00 pm, and 3:30 pm. Attendees can expect musical entertainment, children’s crafts, and a delectable array of treats, including traditional tea sandwiches such as Smoked Turkey, Fig Jam and Brie & Apple, Egg Salad on brioche, Smoked Salmon mousse pastry with Hackleback caviar, and Hickory Chicken and Pimento Cheese Cheddar biscuits. Holiday desserts, such as hazelnut cremino, pistachio dome, raspberry macaron, mango mini tarts, and currant scones, will also be on offer.

Younger guests can indulge in a festive tea party featuring “Santa’s Favorite Sandwiches” and a variety of pastries and scones inspired by Mrs. Claus. The tea presentations include a selection of teas like Jasmine Pearls, Silver Needles, Earl Gray Lavender, Cinnamon Plum, Valerian Dream, Chocolate Chai, and traditional black tea. Additionally, a cocktail menu infused with teas and a Champagne list are available. As part of their commitment to the community, the resort has partnered with Nemours Children’s Hospital, encouraging guests to bring new, unwrapped children’s toys for donation.

The enchanting Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea is priced at USD 70, which includes one glass of Champagne or a cocktail, and USD 30 for guests ages 2-12. For reservations, interested individuals can call 407 313 6161.

For those with a sweet tooth, Lickety Split will offer seasonal gelato flavors such as Butterscotch, Gingerbread, Green Mint, Hot Cocoa with Marshmallow, and Apple Pie starting December 16, 2023. Specialty pastry items, including Peppermint Chocolate Pretzels, Hazelnut Christmas Cookies, Burnt Peanut Meringue, Hot Chocolate Bombs, Christmas Macarons, Yule Logs, Santa Hat Mousse, and Holiday Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries, will also be available.

A decadent option for dessert enthusiasts is the Royal Sweet sundae at The Lobby Bar, inspired by the resort’s premier room category, the Royal Suite. Priced at USD 28, this over-the-top shareable treat features nine scoops of gelato representing the Royal Suite’s ability to expand up to a nine-bedroom residence. Gelato flavors include Butterscotch, Gingerbread, Mint, and Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows, topped with housemade whipped cream, Christmas cookies, hot fudge, and gold-dipped wafer cookies. This special menu item will be available at The Lobby Bar from 5:00 to 11:00 pm, November 27, 2023, through January 1, 2024.

To add to the festive atmosphere, Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber has designed a custom gingerbread house, on display in the lobby starting December 1, 2023. Guests are encouraged to capture a photo with this holiday creation while enjoying the seasonal delights at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando.
