The decision to establish a presence in Brooklyn reflects the brand’s ongoing commitment to achieve a 15% annual growth rate for its restaurants across the United States. The year 2023 has already proven to be a successful one for Fogo, with the signing of 12 new leases both domestically and internationally, along with recent openings in key markets such as Lynnwood, WA, National Harbor, MD, Woodland Hills, CA, and Paramus, NJ. Furthermore, the company has announced plans to expand into Turkey and Ecuador as part of their strategic global growth strategy.

The focal point of the expansive dining room will be a peninsula churrasco grill, offering guests a 360-degree view of skilled gaucho chefs expertly butchering, hand-carving, and grilling top-quality cuts of meat over an open flame. Adjacent to the grill, a white Carrera marble Market Table will tempt diners with a selection of seasonal salads, fresh superfoods, cured meats, antipasti, and more. Throughout the new establishment, guests will find inviting social spaces thoughtfully integrated within Bar Fogo and the dining area, creating an immersive experience and a pleasant ambiance that encourages lingering and enjoyment. Furthermore, the restaurant will showcase dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging, proudly displaying indulgent cuts like the 32 oz. Long-Bone Tomahawk Ribeye, aged for a minimum of 42 days to develop its rich flavor.

Guests can continue to enjoy the Weekday Lunch and Weekend Brazilian Brunch options, as well as partake in the unique experiences provided by Bar Fogo, Group and Private Dining services, To-Go and Butcher Shop offerings, and the convenience of Full-Service catering.
