Sofitel London St James has launched a new cocktail menu at St James Bar to coincide with the bumper May bank holidays and the celebration of King Charles III coronation. The menu, titled ‘A Taste of the World’, draws inspiration from traditional food, flavors, and ingredients from around the world.

The menu comprises 18 unique cocktails, each with a culinary twist that evokes the well-known flavors of the destination’s signature dish or ingredient. Guests are taken on a sensory journey across the globe, exploring different dishes, traditions, and cultures with each drink.

The St James Bar is tucked away in the heart of Sofitel London St James, offering the perfect setting for guests to explore the new menu. The warm light, reflective antique mirror tables, and rich mohair velvet banquettes set the mood for an immersive experience. Some of the cocktails on the menu include a Caribbean-inspired Rum Tiki, a Negroni featuring Gianduja and Hazelnut flavors, and a Whiskey Sour with delicious hints of French Crepe Suzette.
