Narcoossee’s, the signature dining location at Walt Disney World’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, has reopened its doors just in time for spring. The newly refreshed space boasts a Victorian seaside setting, complete with soft cerulean details and panoramic views of Seven Seas Lagoon.
The restaurant, which has welcomed guests since 1988, has been thoughtfully renovated to honor its history while introducing new menu items inspired by Florida and the southeastern coast. Chef Noah Estabrook and his culinary staff have debuted delicious new offerings alongside returning guest favorites.
New menu items include the Ocean-Inspired Charcuterie Board, Beef and Ricotta Tortelloni, Roasted Vegetable Paella, and Blackened Redfish. Returning dishes include the Bisque, Plancha-Seared Scallops with Parisian Gnocchi, and Twelve-ounce Prime New York Strip Steak.
The restaurant also offers Victorian-inspired cocktails and zero-proof beverages, and an extensive wine list curated by proprietor Matt Cristi and his sommeliers.
Pastry Chef Kristine Famer delivers desserts every bit as dazzling as the view, from the returning Almond-crusted Cheesecake to the new Berry Pavlova.
In addition to the exceptional dining experience, Narcoossee’s location on the waterfront offers stunning views of Magic Kingdom Park and nearby resorts. Diners may even catch a glimpse of the Electric Water Pageant or Magic Kingdom Park fireworks in the distance.
The reopening of Narcoossee’s is part of the ongoing transformation of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, which is enhancing its iconic Victorian charm and elegance.
