These experiences are driven by the five senses – scent, sound, sight, taste, and touch – and are centered around eco-wellness, the brand’s core philosophy of biophilic design, sustainability, and well-being.
The multi-sensorial program includes a variety of features, such as an iconic biophilic design, sound design that enhances the biophilic atmosphere, art appreciation to promote well-being, St Gregory spa experience and wellness activities, conscious dining and mindful drinking, and restful sleep, all of which are complemented by the brand’s signature scent. The scent, which is a balanced blend of rosebush, lavender, green vetiver, and warm white cedarwood, will soon be introduced in all PARKROYAL COLLECTION hotels, inviting guests into a natural and calming atmosphere enhanced by the curated sound design and public art showcases.
In order to achieve optimal health and a rejuvenated feeling, restful sleep is essential. To aid in improving sleep quality, PARKROYAL COLLECTION now offers natural aromatic herbs as part of its Sleep Ritual turndown service, freshly harvested from its Urban Farm. The soothing herbs available include thyme, bergamot lime, mint, and rosemary. Guests have the option to gently rub the fresh herb leaves to release the therapeutic aroma or brew them in a fresh pot of tea.
In partnership with FLO, a local brand specializing in natural essential oils and herb-scented products, the turndown amenity also includes a scented pillow pouch infused with natural essential oils. This pouch can be placed by the pillow to help relax the body and mind for a restful night’s sleep. The Sleep Ritual service is exclusively available to guests staying in COLLECTION Club Rooms and higher categories, as well as Titanium and Platinum members of Pan Pacific DISCOVERY.

These new farms will join PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore’s existing Urban Farm, which already supplies the hotel with unique farm-to-table, farm-to-bar, and farm-to-spa experiences. For instance, the Urban Farm at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore provides over 60 varieties of herbs, vegetables, and greens, supplying up to 20% of the hotel’s restaurants, bar, and spa’s green ingredients.
To ensure the farms’ optimal operations, PARKROYAL COLLECTION partners with Edible Garden City Urban Farms in Singapore, a local agriculture organisation. The harvests are maintained and rotated seasonally to provide the freshest ingredients possible for guests to enjoy during their stay.
