Led by Head Bartender Rohan Matmary, the Bar Trigona team has crafted a menu that maps Malaysia’s diverse local ingredients and beverage rituals across four distinct regions: Sabah, Sarawak, Peninsula, and Islands. Through their exploration, the team has created 16 signature drinks that showcase the best of homegrown flavors and nostalgic traditions, all presented through innovative mixology techniques and avant-garde touches. The menu features drinks inspired by local favorites like Teh Tarik, Bak Kut Teh, and Laksa.

In addition to the cocktails, the menu also features two special experiences: Bottled Cocktails created by renowned Four Seasons bartenders in the Asia Pacific region and Honey Flights, which allows guests to explore different variations of the same cocktail infused with seasonal produce. The honey flights are served in three small portions, highlighting the subtle yet distinct changes in flavor and texture.
