The New Year’s Eve Gala: Music, Entertainment and Gastronomy, an Experience for All Five Senses

To end the year in the best way possible, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is organising its iconic New Year’s Eve Gala to offer a luxury culinary experience accompanied by a program of experiences specially created and produced for Four Seasons Hotel Madrid by Rubén Nsue as choreographer and Artistic Director, who has more than 20 years of experience and has returned to Spain for this project.

The cocktail reception will begin at 8:00 pm with four rounds of appetisers and two permanent stations, one with oysters and another with a live Iberian ham slicer, all accompanied by covers of modern hits from the acclaimed violinist Sergey Maiboroda (1st Violin for the Barcelona Orquesta del Liceu) and the cellist Alicia Avilés.

Various performances have been created to offer a mix of styles in perfect sequence for a complete dinner show that will entertain guests while they enjoy such starters as the lobster, champagne and crunchy pearls among others, as well as such spectacular main courses as grouper with truffle, smoked cruciferous vegetables and essence of crab or the wagyu glazed rib, topinambur and citrus. Arrival by the master of ceremonies will give way to a performance with Spanish roots in which light, luxury and glamour combine to create a special atmosphere to carry guests into a fusion of Spanish dance, Flamenco and modern dance by six élite national performers with live percussion and batons to accompany the rhythm, all choreographed by Ester Carrasco.

This will be followed by the most intimate moment of the evening: an overhead spotlight in the middle of the stage designed to focus people’s attention on the star, Tayra Taylor, an up-and-coming singer from this year who will delight guests with Creep accompanied by an intimate/contemporary dancer performing alongside. This performance will introduce the sweetest and most citrusy part of the menu with a jasmine, orange and coconut sorbet and a dessert of gianduja cake, lemon yuzu and coffee ice cream to top it off.

Various scheduled acts will transport guests to the golden age of disco music, with artists singing, dancing and representing that great era. The grand finale will come in the form of a medley of songs by Studio 54 to recreate a short musical. The master of ceremonies will then set the scene for the twelve strikes of midnight to welcome in the new year in the outdoor garden of the Hotel’s main hall, where guests will enjoy a streamed broadcast of the bells with the traditional 12 lucky grapes.

As 2023 gets under way, the party will continue in the banquet hall with the great DJ and music producer from the Dominican Republic Mickey Dastinz, who will come to Spain for the occasion and delight guests with a session specially created for Four Seasons Hotel Madrid accompanied by various performances from other artists, the singer Tayra Taylor and the violinist Sergey, who will continue to entertain the evening with the latest popular hits. The party will continue into the early hours of the morning, when guests will also be able to enjoy the open bar with premium drinks and the best selection of sweet-savoury late-night snacks while Tamy Nsue provides the musical backdrop. Unquestionably the perfect culmination to a unique New Year’s Eve Gala that promises to be full of magic, feeling and art, as well as the very best gastronomic creations.

  • Menu and Pairing: EUR 1,350
  • Children’s Menu: EUR 350

All bookings made at ISA and Dani Brasserie for December 31, 2022 include access to the post-midnight party in the banquet hall.
