Since 1932, OMEGA has been the Official Timekeeper of the Olympic Games.  This July in Japan, OMEGA continues to pay tribute to the iconic games and serve the role for the 29th time when the event begin.  In tribute to the gold medal of the Olympic Games, OMEGA has released a new pair of watches made in full 18K yellow gold.

The new Seamaster Aqua Terra Tokyo 2020 Gold Editions are offered in either 38 mm or 41 mm sizes.  Both editions are presented on blue leather straps and polished blue ceramic dials, which have been laser-engraved with a pattern inspired by the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games emblem.

The full emblem can also be found transferred on the casebacks.  The sportier 41mm model has a sharper broad arrow hands, an external minute track and triangular applied indexes.  The 38mm model has drop-draped applied indexes with no external track and slimmer broad arrow hands.

The 41mm model is powered by the Calibre 8901 while the ladies’ 38mm model comes with the Calibre 8801.  Both OMEGA Seamaster Aqua Terra Tokyo 2020 Gold Editions are Master Chronometer certified and highly resistant to magnetic fields.
