From sunrise runs to midnight techno, the People of Tomorrow were treated to a sensory overload of unforgettable moments that only the world’s biggest dance festival can deliver.
John Summit Runs Tomorrowland
House heavyweight John Summit laced up his sneakers and kicked off the day with the first-ever Tomorrowland Run Club. Leading hundreds of ravers through DreamVille and across the sacred Holy Grounds, Summit’s morning jog turned into a full-blown cultural moment. Hours later, he would command the Mainstage, proving there are no rest days at Tomorrowland.

Friday’s Mainstage was nothing short of a spectacle. French legend Bob Sinclar opened with a luminous Daybreak Session alongside his daughter Paloma Le Friant, sharing a heartwarming father-daughter moment set to groove-laced beats. The crowd then rode a tidal wave of powerhouse performances from Armin van Buuren, Swedish House Mafia, Hardwell, Andromedik, Kaskade, Matisse & Sadko, and MANDY. Each act dialed the energy up to eleven, creating an opening day as explosive as it was unforgettable.
Planaxis Dives Deep into House and Techno
The underwater-themed Planaxis stage brought a sublime selection of house and techno to the forefront. Set against its mesmerizing oceanic backdrop, the stage hosted genre-defining sets from Alex Wann, Ben Böhmer, Patrice Bäumel, and more, transforming the space into a pulse-pounding aquatic dreamscape.
Anyma x Solomun: A B2B for the Ages
Anyma and Solomun united at the floating Crystal Garden stage for a masterclass in sonic fusion. Their back-to-back set hypnotized the crowd, weaving between melodic storytelling and darker, driving rhythms. The stage steamed, the water shimmered, and the moment instantly earned a place in Tomorrowland history.
YouTube Meets Mainstage: Vikkstar and KSI Take the Decks
British YouTuber Vikkstar made his Tomorrowland debut at the House of Fortune stage with a high-voltage set that had the crowd bouncing. In a surprise moment, fellow Sidemen star KSI joined him on stage, sending fans into a frenzy and proving that the lines between content and club culture are more blurred than ever.
Dixon Curates CORE Brilliance
CORE turned into a laboratory of cutting-edge sounds under the visionary guidance of Dixon. The German tastemaker assembled an avant-garde lineup featuring Jimi Jules, Julya Karma, Samm, and a fiery back-to-back with HAAi. It was a day steeped in deep emotion and futuristic energy.
Dimitri Vegas x Fantasm Light Up Atmosphere
Belgium’s own Dimitri Vegas joined forces with rising French hard techno force Fantasm for a rare back-to-back performance at the Atmosphere stage. The duo’s intense blend of styles created a relentless surge of sound and strobe, sending shockwaves through the tent all night long.
Brazil Brings the Heat to Rise
The Rise stage transformed into a tropical dance riot as Brazil’s top talents took the reins. Liu, Dubdogz, Cat Dealers, Illusionize, Bhaskar, and Jessica Brankka turned the leafy setting into a non-stop carnival of color and rhythm. With every drop, Brazil’s unmistakable spirit echoed across Boom.
