The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch is experiencing a spectacular blooming season. With April showers bringing May flowers, the 5-acre Sea of Sunflowers patch is now in full bloom, featuring sunflowers of all colors, shapes, and sizes.

This beautiful sight is included with the price of entry and visitors can take advantage of the brand-new Tractor Wagon Rides that drop them off right at the scene of a sunflower sanctuary. Some sunflowers are as big as small moons and others over 12 feet high, making it an ideal spot for some stunning photos. It is recommended to visit mid-week for the best photo opportunities, as weekends can be busy.
