Guests can indulge in a four-course seasonal tasting menu at db Bistro, participate in the Easter festivities at Bread Street Kitchen & Bar with its epic golden XXL chocolate egg giveaway, or enjoy a luxurious Sunday Champagne Brunch at LAVO’s Easter Edition. RISE and Yardbird are also offering sumptuous Easter buffet spreads and roasted whole rack of lamb platters respectively. Marina Bay Sands continues to captivate food enthusiasts this Spring with exciting dining experiences. KOMA Singapore’s sakura-themed creations inspired by the cherry blossom season in Japan will be available from 15 March, and on 25 March, Spago Bar & Lounge will present an exclusive four-hands collaboration with Meatsmith. Guests can also relish new menu offerings such as Mott 32’s Spring & Summer 2023 menu and Renku’s daily live music performances in the afternoons.

Get ready for an exhilarating Easter weekend celebration at Bread Street Kitchen & Bar as it presents its first-ever Golden XXL chocolate egg giveaway. This massive dark chocolate egg, coated with edible gold and weighing seven kilograms, is an amazing take-home prize for two lucky diners who enjoy Bread Street Kitchen’s Easter set lunch menu (S$88++ per person) on 8 and 9 April.

Start your Easter-themed meal with a glass of sparkling prosecco and enjoy starters such as classic British scotch egg, celeriac remoulade, rosemary potatoes, tuna ceviche or pea soup with crispy bacon, crème fraiche, and pea shoots. Choose from three main courses, including the renowned grilled lamb chops served with creamy mashed peas, caramelized potatoes and a side of smoked chipotle vinaigrette, pan-fried seabass served in soy dashi broth, and meat-free roasted acorn squash topped with ‘Gordon’s curry around the world’.

For cake lovers, Origin + Bloom offers an array of mini cakes with playful twists this Easter. Send greetings with Carrot in a Pot (S$12), carrot-shaped hazelnut chocolate in a flower pot made with blackberry crémeux and flourless chocolate sponge base, complemented with blackberry confit and Jivara whipped cream. Marina Bay Sands’ RISE restaurant is set to reopen on March 17, showcasing a refreshed dining experience and a wide range of global cuisines. Executive Chef Colin Thumboo has crafted over 10 delectable new dishes to enhance the already impressive buffet selection. Enjoy a selection of succulent barbecue meat and seafood skewers at the Western station, while the Indian station features various kebabs and tikkas. New seafood delicacies from Southeast Asia include black pepper crab with bee hoon and chili snow crabs. Additionally, premium carvings on rotation include whole roasted baby lamb, roasted Sanchoku prime rib, whole baked salmon, whole steamed seabass, and the beloved Australian Stanbroke beef ribeye.

In honor of Easter weekend (April 7 to 9), RISE will be offering festive carvings such as roasted salt marsh baby lamb with dried fruits pulao, cider-brined, mustard-glazed Iberico pork loin, and sumac roasted whole salmon with a side of lime yogurt dressing. Guests can also enjoy a variety of premium seafood on ice such as Alaskan king crabs and Boston lobsters, street food-inspired dishes like Korean-style deep-fried sweet crispy chicken and steamed squid with Thai chili paste, and fresh tagliatelle carbonara prepared in a parmesan wheel at the live station.

Executive Chef Josh Chua at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar has crafted an Easter Sunday special (S$158++) that celebrates fresh farm ingredients and classic American flavors. Guests can savor the roasted whole rack of lamb, baked with oats for a golden, crunchy crust that complements the juicy and tender Australian lamb meat. Served with a bed of green lentils and flavorful pimientos, the dish is completed with half a dozen devilled quail eggs – a unique take on Yardbird’s signature deviled eggs. The Easter Sunday special will be available for brunch and dinner on 9 April.

Black Tap Singapore is bringing back its popular locally-inspired nasi lemak sandwich (S$25++) in April. The sandwich features crispy fried chicken, a sunny-side-up egg, tangy sambal mayo, and a pickled cucumber slaw. To complement the sandwich, customers can indulge in The Easter Shake (S$24++), a carrot cake batter shake topped with whipped cream, candied walnuts, and a slice of carrot cake, with an adorable carrot fondant as the finishing touch. The nasi lemak sandwich will be available throughout the month of April, while The Easter Shake will be available from 7 to 9 April.

KOMA Singapore invites guests to experience the different seasons of Japan with three exclusive creations from March to April. Until 31 March, indulge in the premium handroll trio (S$68++), featuring three seasonal delights – wagyu beef, lobster, and creamy sea urchin – served on fresh Japanese rice wrapped in crispy nori seaweed. This trio is perfect for enjoying as appetizers or bar bites with a cocktail during dinner service.

KOMA Singapore is celebrating Japan’s cherry blossom season with two sakura-themed specials available for dinner until 30 April. Indulge in the tender sakura chicken (S$28++), which is pan-seared with leeks and caramelized shallots and served on a bed of Japanese sakura cream sauce. To complete your meal, try the sakura version of KOMA’s signature dessert, omakase (S$108++), which consists of nine delicious sweets. Delight in the pink-hued creations such as sakura bonzai – a dark chocolate mousse with yuzu jam, sakura mont blanc – a sweet apple muffin tart layered with chestnut cream and vanilla mousse, koshian red bean stuffed sakura mochi, pink bell – handcrafted chocolate shaped like KOMA’s iconic “bell”, and vanilla macarons.

Mott 32 has launched a new Spring & Summer menu, available for lunch and dinner à la carte, taking inspiration from authentic recipes of regional Chinese cuisine and the freshest harvests of the season. The garlic crab, deep-fried mantou (S$180++), a dish traditionally enjoyed by the wealthy in the Shunde region, is infused with deep garlic aroma and served with crispy deep-fried mantou to soak up the soulful flavors. The freshwater prawn, white asparagus, prawn roe, ginkgo nut (S$60++) is a perfect blend of Cantonese and Shanghainese cooking techniques, marrying the delicate sweetness of prawns with umami notes of prawn roe and crunchy white asparagus. Other highlights on the menu include the wok-fried whole lobster, crispy potato, salt & pepper (S$108++), offering a Western twist on Hong Kong’s ‘bi feng tang’ style of wok-frying with the addition of crispy potatoes, and the wok-fried mala Angus beef, tea tree mushroom, chili (S$42++), a must-try for lovers of Szechuan spice.

Renku Bar & Lounge has recently expanded its live music offerings with a new series of performances, taking place from 1pm to 5pm and 6pm to 10pm, adding to its already popular nightly live music sessions. Featuring a rotating lineup of a harpist and guitarist throughout the week, guests can immerse themselves in the soothing sounds of live music while enjoying a selection of creative cocktails and a diverse food menu that offers a culinary trip around the world. Indulge in Mediterranean-inspired mezze platters, Japanese-style deep-fried octopus, and local favorites such as chicken satay and char kway teow, before ending the meal with a chef-selected cheese platter. Renku Bar & Lounge is open daily from 6.30am to 12am and welcomes walk-in guests.

Spago Bar & Lounge has teamed up with the renowned American barbecue restaurant Meatsmith to present an exclusive bar bites and snacks menu, available for the first time on 25 March from 6.30pm. Guests can indulge in 15 flavor-forward dishes and pair them with Spago’s innovative handcrafted cocktails. The menu features new creations such as Spago’s sisig panini (S$24++) and slow-cooked ox tongue (S$20++) served with smoked tomato masala, burrata, and coriander, as well as Meatsmith’s grilled spice lamb chop (S$23++) seasoned with Javanese spice and served with curried eggplant puree, and stuffed chicken wings (S$20++) with king crab, kombu, and aromatics.

As the night sets in, get ready for an enchanting soirée with ‘Shades of Spago’ starting at 8pm. The alfresco bar & lounge transforms into a dazzling party venue adorned in shades of ‘Lilac & Lime Green’, and renowned DJ Patrick Oliver sets the mood with snazzy beats and tunes. The refreshing Sloppy Kisses (S$27++) cocktail, an innovative concoction of Don Julio Blanco Tequila, green apple, and Absinthe, is a must-try.

Launched in 2023, ‘Shades of Spago’ promises a night of sky-high merrymaking on the last Saturday of every month. Guests can show up in style in shades of ‘Violet & Copper’ in April (29 April) and ‘Emerald Green & Peach’ in May (27 May) and stand a chance to win a treat on the house for being crowned the best dressed. Spago Bar & Lounge is an ideal spot to unwind and indulge in some delectable bites and cocktails.
