FENDI has opened a new store in Düsseldorf, Germany. The full lineup of women’s and men’s collections are displayed on two floors in a space of 460 square meters wrapped in the world of Fendi. Iconic Fendi features evoke the façade of the brand’s home monument, the Palazzo Della Civiltà Italiana in Rome, creating a spacious and graceful space. The see-through effect of the façade, which overlooks two floors, creates a dialogue between the inside and the outside, maintaining a unique aesthetic without compromising the original appearance of the building.
As soon as you step inside, you’ll notice that the first floor is divided into two areas a light metal pink staircase and a matching marble floor. On one side, champagne metal shelves with silver metal drawers display women’s leather goods and accessories, while the men’s category features niches and geometries against a backdrop of green silk.
A notable element is the floating mirrored glass corridor that connects the glass elevator with the rest of the second floor. The second floor can also be reached by an exclusive staircase, both of which are part of the special atmosphere created by the warm lighting that focuses on the products like works of art.
In addition, there is a VIP area where you can feel relaxed even though it looks like stage art. Featuring azure metal walls and light blue Ocean Storm marble floors, the area becomes an intimate and private space when ivory velvet curtains are closed. The lounge offers custom FENDI Casa pearl-colored furnishings, and a marble-backed virtual sale niche, hidden behind a movable partition.
