En Fuego has launched its Sunday Rodizio Carnival, an immersive dining experience taking place every Sunday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. This event transports guests to the lively atmosphere of a Brazilian-style steakhouse, featuring unlimited servings of premium grilled meats. Waiters, responsive to color-coded tokens on each table, serve succulent cuts tableside—green signals “more, please,” while red indicates a break.
Guests can enjoy vibrant Latin entertainment with roaming skull heads, multiple Samba dancers, and a jazzy jester, alongside various activities for children. A sweets area with unlimited cotton candy adds to the festive atmosphere. The menu showcases Brazilian gastronomy with offerings such as beef picanha, marinated flank steak, chicken breast, spicy beef sausage, and tiger prawns. Complementing these are sides like cassava, roasted corn salad, and Peruvian chili rice.
Each adult package includes a complimentary drink at En Fuego and a Tiki-style cocktail at Wavehouse. Children receive a complimentary AED 100 gaming card for Wavehouse’s arcade.
