Novotel Hotels, Suites & Resorts has revealed its newest addition, the Novotel Sihanoukville Holiday Resort. This eagerly anticipated opening marks Novotel’s debut in Cambodia. Situated directly on Independence Beach, this chic resort offers 215 rooms with stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand. With four dining options and family-friendly amenities, the hotel is a coastal haven easily accessible from the capital, Phnom Penh, welcoming both travelers and locals to unwind and rejuvenate.

Each guest room boasts contemporary design elements inspired by local artisans and nature. The resort offers eight room types, ranging from cozy 32 sq. m Standard Rooms to spacious 96 sq. m Suites. These suites feature luxurious amenities like bathtubs and wrap-around terraces, perfect for enjoying panoramic sunset views. Interconnecting rooms are also available for families or groups traveling together.

Dining experiences at the resort are exceptional with four restaurants to choose from. Food Exchange offers picturesque ocean views and serves a mix of local and international cuisine all day long. Aqua Bar & Grill provides a relaxed beach club atmosphere, serving Western cuisine, grilled seafood, snacks, and cocktails by the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Gourmet Lobby Bar & Café offers a serene setting amidst the gardens, serving teas and freshly baked pastries. As night falls, Domrei Bar & Cigar Lounge offers locally-inspired cocktails, top-shelf spirits, tapas, and a dedicated cigar room for aficionados.

Designed for relaxation, the resort offers 24/7 in-room dining, a beachside infinity pool with breathtaking sunset views, and a separate kids’ pool for younger guests. The Lost City Kids’ Club provides an interactive space for young adventurers to explore and create memories. Additionally, the 315 sq. m Independence Ballroom offers versatile space for meetings, events, and social gatherings.
