Customized retreat programs now feature cupping, an ancient Chinese healing technique integral to traditional Vietnamese medicine. Developed by Dr. Phan Minh Duc in collaboration with the resort’s wellness training manager, the 60-minute ‘Vietnamese Cupping Therapy’ starts with gentle tissue warm-up followed by suction cups applied at acupuncture points. Benefits include fluid and toxin drainage, enhanced blood flow, peripheral nervous system stimulation, and strengthened immunity.

Designed for daily computer users, two new 30-minute treatments include ‘Back & Shoulder Tension Release’ for stress relief and ‘Holistic Head & Neck Harmony’ focusing on meridian-point therapy to reset mental well-being and improve neck mobility.

The 50-minute ‘Deep Tissue Leg Recovery’ combines deep tissue techniques and gentle stretches to alleviate leg tension and fatigue, ideal for those on their feet or recovering from physical exertion or travel.

In collaboration with Comfort Zone, an Italian skincare brand, the resort has added four new 50-minute facials: Recover Touch, Active Pureness, Hydra Glow, and Remedy Soothing, enhancing the existing lineup of 29 treatments for wellness-inclusive guests. Retreat bookings also offer access to seven additional therapies such as sound healing and master reiki, alongside Vietnamese cupping.

Accompanying these new treatments is a renewed focus on treatment room design. Updates to the 22 rooms enhance their peaceful ambiance, aligning with the resort’s original design philosophy.
