Il Baretto del Bristol has opened its doors in Florence. With a separate entrance from the hotel on Via dei Pescioni 8r, the Baretto’s service starts early in the morning with choices of hot drinks and home-made pastries. Designed for a quick and quality break, lunch offers light dishes including drinks.
In the afternoon, the Afternoon Tea service at the trolley has a wide selection of La Via del Tè teas, homemade cakes and savory options. The evening begins with an Aperitivo menu of traditional and signature cocktails.
Baretto consists of four rooms to satisfy different preferences. In the lounge area there is a corner dedicated to flowers offering small arrangements, seasonal flowers and plants that guests can buy directly.
Pastry products are also on sale, along with a wide choice of Italian gastronomic products with originally designed packaging, ideal as a small last-minute gift. Il Baretto also opens onto the terrace – an open-air lounge with a view of Palazzo Strozzi, which will host evenings of live music during the summer, to be enjoyed with Il Baretto’s signature cocktails.

Chef Pasquale D’Ambrosio of the Bristol Winter Garden offers a lunch menu of fast and informal dishes without sacrificing taste, alongside an All Day Menu (available from 11.00 to 22.30). The All Day Menu, which can be taken indoors or on the terrace, includes the great hotel classics such as Club Sandwich and Caesar Salad, as well as delicious gourmet bruschetta and signature sandwiches.
The bar’s main offer is Caffè Corsini, born from a world of coffee roasters who speak of blends as a family secret. Founded in 1950 in Arezzo, Caffè Corsini brings the excellence of Tuscany to coffee shops all over the world, while still retaining an ‘artisan’ character.
