Located on the quiet coast of Nusa Dua, the beachfront restaurant and bar boasts a contemporary island look with its thatched roof, locally-inspired design elements, and tactile furniture. Ikan offers guests two distinct experiences, serving as a casual eatery during the day and an elevated dining destination at night. The restaurant features fresh seafood and Indonesian-inspired cuisine, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal by the beach.

Different seating arrangements at the Ikan restaurant cater to the needs of individual guests and groups. Guests can start with an aperitif at the beachside seating near the bar before moving to the main restaurant area for dinner. The Ikan Bar, with wicker-back bar stools and a turquoise-clad island counter, offers a sophisticated space for drinks. The restaurant also includes an air-conditioned private dining room that can accommodate up to 20 guests and a hexagonal semi-private dining area for groups that desire privacy. Five individual tables on the beach are available for romantic dinners.

The menus at Ikan at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, are carefully crafted by Chef de Cuisine Fajar Kurniawan Putra, who combines his passion for local produce with Indonesia’s regional cuisine. The restaurant’s daytime and nighttime menus offer a range of small bites, tapas, mains, and desserts. Dishes are meant to be shared, and guests are encouraged to try a variety of options. Some of the highlights of the menu include Crab Spring Roll with salad and tangy belimbing wuluh salsa, Bulung, a seaweed salad with seared tuna and kuah pindang-scented dressing, slow-cooked Ayam Upih Betutu, and Jimbaran-style Ikan Bakar served with sayur urap vegetable and sambals. Head Mixologist Marlon Hermanto, a well-known figure in Bali’s bar scene, creates craft cocktails using premium artisanal spirits with house-made infusions at Ikan Bar.

The signature craft cocktails at Ikan Bar are the perfect accompaniment to the restaurant’s daytime and nighttime menus. The revamp has transformed Ikan into a destination for spending time with friends and family, with a casual beachfront atmosphere during the day and an elevated dining experience at night.
