Dusit Hotels and Resorts, part of Thailand’s acclaimed Dusit International, has teamed up with Shravanthi Hotels and Resorts Private Limited to introduce Devarana Sakleshpur, Karnataka – A Dusit Retreat. Set to open in March 2028, this exclusive wellness destination will be Dusit’s first Devarana Retreat outside of China, underlining its dedication to bringing luxury, wellness-centered experiences to premier locations worldwide.

Perfectly suited for travelers who seek both relaxation and adventure, Devarana Sakleshpur will offer a selection of 75 lavish villas and suites, each crafted for comfort and style, ranging from 47 to 90 square meters, with 25 units boasting private plunge pools. This retreat will feature a dedicated Devarana Wellness Centre, complete with a movement studio, gym, and herbal steam room. Guests can enjoy wellness consultations and personalized programs tailored to their individual wellness journeys. For dining, the retreat will include an infinity pool, a specialty restaurant serving traditional South Indian flavors, and an all-day dining venue with nutritious, gourmet options.

Set against the lush, coffee and spice-rich landscape of the Western Ghats, Sakleshpur is just a four-hour drive from Bangalore and close to spectacular spots like Manjarabad Fort, with panoramic mountain views, and the breathtaking Jenukallu Gudda peak, offering views of the Arabian Sea. The retreat’s location provides convenient access, just 130 km from Mangalore International Airport and only 20 km from Sakleshpur Railway Station.

As part of Dusit’s rapidly expanding portfolio of luxury and wellness destinations, Devarana Sakleshpur joins 301 properties across 18 countries, including 57 under the Dusit Hotels and Resorts brand and 244 luxury villas managed by Elite Havens, the premier provider of luxury villa rentals in Asia. Dusit Hotels will also re-enter India this December with the soft opening of dusitD2 Fagu, nestled in the serene Himalayan foothills near Shimla. Dusit plans to open four additional hotels in Karnataka by mid-2026, further solidifying its commitment to exceptional wellness and luxury experiences in India.
