The long summer holidays are perfect for new discoveries and adventures. The Porsche Museum has long provided children with unforgettable holiday experiences through the Porsche 4Kids summer holiday program. This year brings a special treat: Porsche meets Lego. To celebrate the latest Lego Technic GT4 e-Performance model, the program from July 30 to August 18, 2024, will center on the all-electric racing car.

Children aged 7 and up will enjoy various stations focusing on the all-electric GT4 e-Performance prototype and its Lego counterparts. An engaging quiz will offer additional information about both the full-sized and miniature racing cars. Enthusiasts can test the remote-controlled Lego Technic model on a big racetrack, experiencing interactive driving. Lego Play Tables will be available for creating personal Lego masterpieces, and a photo station will allow children to pose as Lego mini-figures. Participants will receive a unique Lego brick available exclusively at the Porsche Museum—while supplies last.

This free holiday activity runs from July 30 to August 18, 2024, in the exhibition area. It is recommended to register online at least three days prior to visiting, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., through Porsche Ticketing (see Experience programs). For those who do not pre-register, there is an option to sign up on-site at the museum.

Lego, a cherished brand for many adults, is partnering with the Schwabenstein 2×4 e.V. club to create exclusive Lego models and landscapes for the Porsche Museum. These unique creations, not available for purchase, will be part of the Lego activity area and can only be seen at the museum.

Adult Lego fans should not miss the special event on August 6, 2024. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., Porsche GT4 e-developer Björn Förster, along with Lego designers Ann Karring and Aurelien Rouffiange, will host an evening of insights. In a casual setting, they will talk about their exciting careers, their collaboration on the Lego model, and unveil the Lego Technic GT4 e-Performance. This includes a driving demonstration on a mini racetrack within the Porsche Museum. Racing driver Jörg Bergmeister, one of the world’s most successful sports car drivers and a long-serving Porsche works driver, will join them to share his racing experiences. After the event, attendees can explore the museum and activity area during exclusive after-hours.

The museum shop will stay open late, allowing guests to browse the Lego Porsche product range and purchase souvenirs. Tickets for the event are 29 euros per person, which includes parking in the museum’s underground car park. Tickets can be purchased online on the museum website under Porsche Ticketing (see Experience programs).

For a holiday full of adventure, young visitors can meet Porsche mascots Tom Targa and Tina Turbo on the weekends of August 3-4 and 10-11, 2024. The mascots will make hourly appearances from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering plenty of opportunities for photos, high fives, and fun.

The Porsche Museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Children up to and including the age of 14 enjoy free admission when accompanied by an adult.
