The opening of Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, situated at Proper Eats Food Hall in ARIA Resort & Casino, has been revealed by Clique Hospitality. Live musicians play post-modern jukebox music, while expert bartenders serve posh cocktails on the low in this moody cabaret lounge with a secret entrance.

Fine dining’s most delightful pearl, Beluga caviar service, is the only dining option available at Easy, presented on a bed of ice in a replica Fabergé egg, along with house-made blinis, crème fraiche, chives, lemon wedges, and two chilled glasses of Belvedere vodka. Renowned mixologist Eric Hobbie has crafted the inventive cocktail menu at Easy, including theatrical “show stoppers” like Long Live the Queen, Puss & Boots, and Snake Bite, inspired by a bygone era.

Easy’s Cocktail Lounge is a world accessible only to those in the know, with emerald hues and velvet textures that enthrall the senses. The performance stage is framed by theatrical floor-to-ceiling emerald green drapery and velvet upholstered panels, with luxurious sofas featuring sophisticated channel tufting paired with comfortable chairs, and dark-stained oak wood and marble coffee tables with inviting lounging. Reservations are strongly recommended due to limited capacity, and the lounge is open from Thursday through Monday, from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
