Scotch 80 Prime Introduces Summer Dining Events for National Steakhouse Month

Throughout June, Scotch 80 Prime at Palms Casino Resort will mark National Steakhouse Month with a series of seasonal dining experiences. The month-long program includes special menus, featured dishes, and the introduction of a new evening dining offering, all curated under the direction of Executive Chef Marty Lopez.

Las Vegas Restaurant Week: June 3–20
As part of Las Vegas Restaurant Week, Scotch 80 Prime will offer a four-course prix-fixe dinner menu. The selection highlights Chef Lopez’s contemporary approach to steakhouse cuisine, incorporating Asian-inspired elements. Options include appetizers such as Iberico Lumpia and Shrimp Toast, entrées like an 8 oz. Filet Mignon or U3 Prawn Scampi with squid ink spaghetti, and desserts including Butterscotch Crème Brûlée.

Father’s Day Weekend Menu: June 13–15
To mark Father’s Day weekend, Scotch 80 Prime will feature a dedicated menu available for a limited time. Dishes include a Tomahawk for Two, Scotch 80 Lobster Mac & Cheese, and Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Tart.

Additional featured items for the weekend include:

• Whiskey-Aged Prime Delmonico (22 oz.), served with Lyonnaise potatoes, baby corn succotash, and bourbon beef jus
• Salt-Baked Whole Red Snapper, seasoned with Thai aromatics and served with Crying Tiger sauce

A limited Jefferson’s Bourbon Package will also be available for dine-in guests, including specialty cocktails and an engraved bottle, while supplies last. Reservations are required.

Launching Prime Time: Dine & Wine – Starting June 23, 2025
Beginning June 23, Scotch 80 Prime will introduce Prime Time: Dine & Wine, a new four-course prix-fixe dining experience offered nightly from 7–10 PM. The menu is designed for guests looking for a later-evening option and includes 30% off select bottles of wine. Additional menu details will be announced soon.
