Sammy Hagar, a Rock & Roll Hall-of-Famer and Honorary Ambassador of Los Cabos, Mexico, has opened his flagship Cabo Wabo Beach Club at The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel in Huntington Beach. The 11,000-square-foot Cabo Wabo Beach Club offers a menu of coastal Mexican cuisine, inspired by Hagar’s lifelong passion for great food, music, and spirits.

The restaurant features breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus with unique signature dishes and culinary twists on classic Mexican fare. The breakfast menu highlights the abundance of vibrant produce available locally, offering fresh-squeezed juices and dishes such as Mexican Chocolate Chia Pudding and Farmers Market Fruit Plate. For those looking for a more substantial breakfast, the menu includes Pan Dulce Mexican Toast, Huevos Rancheros, and Chilaquiles Con Huevos.

The lunch and dinner menus offer made-to-order tableside Fresh Guacamole, a variety of tacos, including Baja-Style Fish and Carne Asada, and ocean-to-table dishes such as Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp and Lobster Enchiladas. The Weekend Seafood Brunch, offered every Saturday and Sunday, features favorites from the sea.

The Cabo Wabo Beach Club evokes the laid back, beach town vibe of Cabo San Lucas, and presents a flavorful menu of coastal Mexican cuisine that perfectly complements the picturesque and captivating oceanfront setting of The Waterfront Beach Resort.

Sammy Hagar, in addition to his restaurant concepts, owns an award-winning portfolio of top-shelf spirits that are highlighted in a wide variety of specialty cocktails. The Red Rocker and SH-GF Margarita are the restaurant’s signature cocktails, both featuring Santo Tequila, the brand that Hagar started with Guy Fieri. Rum-based cocktails are also available, with fresh tangerine, pineapple, cherries, and citrus, all given new life by Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, made from pure cane sugar in Puerto Rico.

Tequila lovers will be delighted to discover that Cabo Wabo Beach Club has a selection of over 50 tequilas and mezcals. The restaurant also offers a focused list of beer and wines, available by the glass and by the bottle.
