Melco Resorts & Entertainment Unveils the 2023 Black Pearl Diamond Restaurants Gastronomic Series

Melco Resorts & Entertainment announced the highly-anticipated reactivation of its mega cross-regional gastronomic series with the 2023 Black Pearl diamond restaurants this summer. This unprecedented partnership aims to delight culinary enthusiasts with a total of 10 four-hands dinners, featuring collaborations between Melco’s signature restaurants and some of the most sought-after 2023 Black Pearl diamond restaurants. The series will be held in City of Dreams, Studio City, or Altira Macau, commencing in June and running throughout 2024.

The inaugural collaborations will take place between Jade Dragon at City of Dreams and Yong Fu from Shanghai, as well as Pearl Dragon from Studio City and Xizhou Hall at Park Hyatt Suzhou. The dates for the first two crossover events have been set for June 23-24 and July 15-16, respectively. These exceptional dining experiences promise to showcase the finest regional specialties from all over China, establishing Macau as a prominent culinary destination for both locals and tourists.

Tickets for the series will be available for purchase starting May 17 (Wednesday), and Melco Style members will enjoy an exclusive 10% discount. As a supporter of this remarkable initiative, the Macao Government Tourism Office joins hands with Melco Resorts & Entertainment to promote Macau as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, while further solidifying the reputation of Melco’s properties as premier dining destinations.

The Melco Style Presents: 2023 The Black Pearl Diamond Restaurants Gastronomic Series embodies the company’s commitment to fostering Macau’s diverse food culture through “Inheritance, Innovation, and Exchange.” This initiative serves as a platform to preserve and promote Macau’s rich culinary heritage, featuring collaborations between renowned restaurants and encouraging culinary exploration.

Coinciding with the United Nations’ Sustainable Gastronomy Day on June 18, the dinner series will debut with a dynamic duo of Black Pearl three diamond restaurants: the prestigious Jade Dragon at City of Dreams and Yong Fu from Shanghai. Executive Chef Kelvin Au Yeung of Jade Dragon and Executive Chef Xu Kunlei of Yong Fu will join forces for the first time, creating an extraordinary six-diamond gourmet extravaganza that promises an unforgettable dining experience. Food enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the remarkable fusion of culinary talents, which will take place between June 23 and 24 at Jade Dragon.
